Caring for individuals, families and the community
Led by Administrator Diane Boulai, LPN, CACI, CAMS-I, and headquartered in Newnan, Georgia, Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc. was established in December 2016 as an outpatient provider of behavioral, emotional, mental health and substance abuse treatment. Our licensed clinicians work with supervised associates and trained support staff, and we are CARF accredited.
We are an agency that addresses individuals, their families, and the community through a holistic approach with over 25 years of combined clinical experience. At Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc., we serve all age groups, from children as young as seven years old to seniors and individuals from all cultures and backgrounds.
Willow Oak provides behavioral health services across West Georgia, in home, in office, and by telemedicine, through a combination of psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, and other qualified professionals.
We accept Georgia Medicaid (including Amerigroup, Peach State Health Plan, and CareSource), dual Medicare and Georgia Medicaid, VA CCN, Tricare, and self-pay, plus all major credit cards. A sliding-fee schedule and payment plans are available. Insurance details · Make a payment
