
Jeffrey Polk, CAC 11
Jeffrey Polk, CAC 11, was born in Augusta Georgia, but lived the majority of his life in the Washington DC area. Jeffrey has worked in the behavioral health field for over 15 years in various capacities such as mental health therapist, case manager, and addictions counselor. Jeffrey has facilitated both family and individual therapy sessions with both adults and children. Jeffrey also facilitated addiction and life skills groups. Jeffrey worked as a fatherhood Specialist overseeing thirteen counties in Georgia, helping men learn how to engage and participate in their child’s wellbeing. Jeffrey‘s educational background includes a Masters in education, a Masters in Human Development, and a BS in Organizational Management. Jeffrey also completed training as an Anger Management Specialist. Jeffrey is family oriented and enjoys spending quality time with his son, mother and siblings on a weekly basis. Jeffrey likes to play piano to relieve stress and is a minister of music for his church.
