Coverage depends on your plan and program. We will review this with you before services begin. No one is denied services due to inability to pay, and a sliding-fee schedule based on family size and income is available.

We accept Georgia Medicaid (including Amerigroup, Peach State Health Plan, and CareSource), dual Medicare and Georgia Medicaid, VA CCN with an authorization/referral letter, Tricare with PCP authorization, and self-pay. We will begin accepting commercial insurance in February 2027. No one is denied services due to inability to pay, and a sliding-fee schedule based on family size and income is available.
