Monique Powell graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Monique has over 20 years of combined experience in management, leadership, operations, human resources and new start-ups. Monique joined the Behavioral Health Community 9 years ago as a volunteer to make a difference in the lives of the individuals that she came in contact with. During that time she provided office support, attended educational meetings, conferences, seminars and outreach. The experience that Monique has brought to the Willow Oak Team has been intricate in the start up of the organization. Monique is proud to lead the organizations operations, and offers direct support to all team member to ensure their success. In her free time she loves to travel, cook, garden, and spend time with her family and friends.
