Mrs. McCarty obtained her masters degree in Clincial Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University in 2017 and is registered as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Mrs. McCarty obtained her certification as a drug and alcohol counselor (CDAC II) in 2015. She has 5 years experience working with the co-occurring disorder population. Mrs. McCarty is trained in multiple trauma curriculum, including Seeking Safety, EMDR, and TREM. She has been in recovery for 11 years, and her passion is working with substance abuse and trauma clientele.
