Co-founded by Diane Boulai Chief Executive Officer, LPN, CACI, CAMS-I, and headquartered in Riverdale, Georgia, Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc. was established in December 2016 as an outpatient provider of behavioral, emotional, mental health and substance abuse treatment. Our agency staff is fully licensed and CARF accredited.
We are an agency that address’s individuals, their families, and the community through a holistic approach with over 25 years of combined clinical experience. At Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc., we serve all age groups, from children as young as thirteen years old to seniors and individuals from all cultures and backgrounds.
We accept private insurance, medicaid, all major credit cards. Payment plans available by request. Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc.’s. management style and philosophy is dynamic in creating an energetic, dedicated, and team oriented service delivery system.

Willow Oak Behavioral Health is a leading provider of behavioral health services in the metro Atlanta community. Willow Oak Behavioral Health delivers services in home, in office, and/or utilizing telemedicine through a combination of psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, and other qualified professionals.
